An internal communication app your team actually opens

A company-wide app for announcements, requests and updates, built around your teams and roles, replacing scattered email threads and group chats.

The problem

The company knows things. The company just can't find them. An announcement goes out by email and half the team misses it because they don't check that inbox during a shift. A policy update lives in a WhatsApp group that nobody scrolls back through. A field technician needs a form signed off and has to call the office because there is no other way to route the request. As the headcount grows, so does the number of channels people are supposedly watching — email, a group chat, a shared drive, a whiteboard by the door — and none of them is the one place someone can check to know what's current. New hires spend their first weeks learning not the job but which channel to check for which kind of information. Management finds out that a message didn't land only after the thing it was warning about has already happened. None of the generic chat tools fix this, because they are built for conversation, not for structured company information that needs an owner, a status, and a record of who has and hasn't seen it.

What we build

We build a single internal app that replaces the patchwork of channels with one place that reflects your actual org structure. Announcements go out to the right teams, with read receipts so you know who has and hasn't seen a critical update. Requests — time off, equipment, approvals — get a defined workflow instead of a phone call to whoever happens to pick up. Field and shift staff get a mobile-friendly view built for people who are not sitting at a desk, so it works on the factory floor or in a delivery van, not just in an office. The app runs on Next.js and PostgreSQL, is scoped by role so a driver and an HR manager see genuinely different things, and every update is logged so there is a clear record when something needs to be traced back. We migrate whatever structure already exists — team lists, an org chart, current approval chains — into the new system rather than starting from a blank company. Delivery happens in phases: announcements and requests first, since they solve the most immediate pain, with more specific workflows added once the core is in daily use and you can see what's actually needed next.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just use a group chat app we already have?

Chat tools are built for conversation, which is exactly why important things get buried in them. This app treats announcements and requests as structured records with an owner and a status, not messages that scroll away. Both can coexist — chat for quick talk, this for anything that needs to be tracked.

Will field staff actually use it if they're not at a desk?

That's the specific design target. The mobile view is built and tested with people doing the job it's meant for — on a shop floor, in a vehicle, between shifts — not adapted afterward from a desktop-first design.

Can we see who has read an announcement?

Yes. Read receipts are part of the core build, which matters for anything safety-related, compliance-related, or otherwise non-optional to have seen.

How does this integrate with HR or scheduling systems we already use?

Where those systems expose an API, we connect directly. Where they don't, we typically build a scheduled sync. We check feasibility during the mapping phase before committing to cost or scope.

What ongoing support is available after launch?

Monthly support plans starting at €150 cover hosting, monitoring and small changes. Larger additions — a new workflow type, a new integration — are scoped and quoted separately as they come up.
