What makes this different from a SaaS subscription?
A SaaS product is built for the average customer in its category. If your business has something that doesn't fit that average — a specific approval flow, a hybrid service-and-product model — the SaaS tool forces you to bend around it. Who owns the finished application?
You do. The repository, database, and infrastructure access all transfer to you at handover. There is no vendor lock-in — if you want a different team to take over later, nothing stops you.
What if our needs change after launch?
That is exactly why we build in phases. After delivery, changes are handled either on an hourly basis or through a monthly support plan, depending on how often your business evolves. The architecture is chosen so adding a new module doesn't mean rewriting what already works.
How much does ongoing maintenance cost?
Hosting for a typical internal application runs to a modest monthly figure. Technical support starts at €150 a month and covers monitoring, backups, and small fixes. There is no per-user charge, so headcount growth doesn't inflate the bill.
Can it connect to the ERP or accounting system we already use?
In most cases, yes, through an API or a scheduled data sync. We check this during the mapping phase, before you're committed to a cost, because some older systems don't expose an API and need a middle layer.
