The build starts with your highest-value zone or process — usually picking, since it has the most direct staff-time payoff — and expands from there. Barcode or QR scanning is built in from day one since manual entry is where errors creep in fastest. We migrate your current stock records into the new system as a starting baseline, run a supervised pilot on a subset of the warehouse before full rollout, and hand over the full source code and infrastructure at the end.

Do we need new hardware for scanning?

Most warehouses can start with existing smartphones or tablets running the mobile interface in a browser — no dedicated scanner hardware required unless your volume justifies it, which we assess during mapping.

How accurate is real-time stock once this is live?

Accuracy depends on staff logging movements at the point they happen rather than after the fact, which is why the mobile interface is built to be faster than the workaround it replaces — the goal is that scanning is quicker than not scanning.

Can this connect to our existing sales or accounting system?

In most cases yes, through an API or a scheduled sync, which we confirm during the mapping phase since older systems sometimes need a middle layer to expose their data.

What if we operate more than one warehouse?

The system is built to support multiple locations from the start where that's part of your requirement, with stock and picking scoped per site and a combined view for whoever needs it.
